Based on my school tutoring experience, education is a continuous process that involves active participation from the students, parents, school teachers and tuition teachers. Usually at the start of a school semester, students are greatly encouraged to set goals that they would like to achieve for their subjects. It is challenging on the student’s part to set realistic aims for subjects that they generally dislike or have difficulty coping with.

Approach:

Central to our approach to tutoring is flexibility and collaboration. We see each student as an individual with particular concerns, situations, and goals, and we respond to these diverse factors. We respect the student's authority and autonomy. We assist students in understanding and interpreting the requirements of an assignment. We help students with their writing at any stage in the writing process. We assist students in clarifying and developing ideas.
