Worked as a lecturer in Industrial technical institute. Also worked as a guest lecturer in vocational higher secondary school

First of check the level of student in every aspects of him (social, behavioural, academic, family , friendships and more than his ambitions) and also try to figure out his negatives in above aspects too. Try to mould him to cross the sea alone and also to lead a folk towards their destination in a dense forest
