Qualification:

Bachelor of Science from The University of Western Australia, Master of Teaching from Murdoch University, CELTA from Phoenix Academy

Experience:

- Australian Qualified teacher and native speaker Experience in teaching Science topics such as Human Biology, Chemistry and Physics. - Experience in teaching English for Academic Purposes.

Approach:

In English teaching, I use the Communicative Approach or the CLT approach. This approach is evidence-based. Real communication and interaction is not only the objective in learning but also the means through which it takes place. That means that, instead of focusing on the acquisition of grammar and vocabulary (grammatical/linguistic competence), the Communicative Approach aimed at developing the learner's competence to communicate in the target language (communicative competence), with an enhanced focus on real-life situations.
