Experience:

I have experience in mentoring during my high school and university years. I also set up group study sessions regularly with colleagues.

Approach:

Initially we will have a sit-down to discuss the struggles as specifically as possible, then identify the weaknesses. From there we would mainly focus on the weaknesses and ensure the basics are reinforced beforehand.
