Experience:My philosophy of teaching is that all students are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. I began my teaching career back in 2012, teaching psychology students and supervising research dissertations and clinical internship reports. To this day, I am still in the teaching profession, teaching graduate and undergraduate students and actively involved in teaching diverse subjects of Psychology and Special Education including Clinical Psychology, Psychopathology, Research Methods, Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Clinical Psychological Assessment, Environmental Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Health Psychology, Professional Ethics & Legal Issues in Clinical Psychology, Foundations of Psychology, Advanced Data Analysis, Moral Development, Organizational Psychology, Positive Psychology, Child Psychology, and Personality Theories.
Approach:I believe that the teacher's role is to act as a guide, so I asked students, "if you have doubts, please speak up," because I think if they go back with doubts, then they will never be able to produce better results. Before delivering the lecture, I used to ask different questions based on the previously delivered lectures as a reflection and give additional marks to students for effective class participation. Moreover, I used to instill a research culture in the students to think logically and rationally about the ground realities in a more scientific way and to disseminate knowledge globally through research publications.
