Experience:I am an enthusiastic and passionate teacher who presents Mathematics as a concrete subject that is applicable many aspects of our lives. I emphasize and encourage speed and accuracy, and inspire students to persist and continue trying, until a problem is solved. I always ensure that my lessons are interesting and engaging, and I make the students to see the importance of each topic; by showing them where they are applied in real life. I transfer positive energy to my students and help them see and believe that Mathematics is fun.
Approach:I assess my students first, to see their strength and weaknesses. Then I develop an action plan to help them succeed. All my lessons must include the use of the topic in real life. I facilitate learning by guiding the students to solve miscellaneous problems until they reach a particular level of proficiency. At that point, we will move to a higher level. I teach students how to efficiently and effectively use the scientific calculator for more accurate and faster calculations.
