Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Units of Master of Arts in Nursing

Experience:

As a freshman in a tutorial class, I am always brief and concise when explaining the subject to the student. Hence, when we start every tutorial session, there will be terminal objectives. I set goals for my students and focus on how they will easily understand. It will be interactive because I need to assess whether the student is learning. Communication is always open on how the student will achieve his or her objectives or goals. Most importantly, I follow up on how they are doing in school. The sessions are meant to be fun and interesting.

Approach:

As a nursing graduate, I do have experience in creating lesson plans.

1. Terminal objective: What will be my goal to improve the student's learning.

2. Objective: What supplementary improvements are needed based on the student's learning behavior.

3. Subjective: My student has open communication regarding his weaknesses and strengths in any of his subjects.

4. Categorizing the methods based on the objectives I have found.

5. At the end of each tutorial lesson, there will be an evaluation to ensure that the student understands and, most importantly, can apply the concepts in his actual classes.
